FS 2013 Zenith STOL CH750 Edition 2

60 hours total time, engine and airframe, but I'm adding to that, and will probably put another ten hours of Phase 2 testing for flight with VGs and VGs without slats. Always hangared in AZ and Southern CA. Built by the late Marv Vanderpool, who had built two prize-winners before this one, the latest a Lancair. He also built a Zenith STOL CH701 before this one. Unfortunately, this was his last build. I bought it from his widow. I was so impressed with the overall craftsmanship that I bought it on the spot, thinking I would never see another one like it.

Engine: Continental/Mattituck IO-240. WhirlWind ground-adjustable prop.

Edition 3-type fork.

Unpainted aluminum, except for red interior, landing gear, and struts—fork is powder-coated. Custom cowling needs preparation for painting.

Icom radio and Mode C. Steam gauges.

My Verizon phones have been giving out erroneous messages lately; we’re trying to get them fixed, but keep trying. I’m often out of range of cell towers. If the phone message says no voice mail has been set up yet, that may be incorrect. (Six 1 niner) 683 two 4 thirty-two/ eight 76 8zero3four/ eight 76 67six1

$75,000.

PS: This is my first ad. If this goes through, it will be largely accidental. I couldn't figure out how to insert photos, so I'll send some to anyone who wants them. Location: Gillespie Field (KSEE) near San Diego CA.
