Hell, I got so engrossed in the trip through the canyon I forgot about the supposed hammerhead! Did you check your wing tips for paint scratches after landing? Are you SURE you couldn't land on that sandbar???You gotta be thinking about it......sure looked like fun
It reminded me of the IMAX movie "Yellowstone", one scene shows the POV approaching a waterfall, after a torturous canyon approach, but nothing I couldn't have flown I thought while watching, but then the chopper (which you don't see at all) flies UP the waterfall! I about ripped the theatre seat cushion out watching that I was so puckered up.
I'd like to nominate that for video of the year, particularly considering it in conjunction with the pissin contest thread about canyon turns that went on last month that no doubt, was the instigation for the video.
All that is missing in the video is: Boom De Ada, Boom De Ada, Boom De Ada, Boom De Ada! I love the canyon flying, I love the walls so narrow...etc. HC
