Idaho cabin and airstrip wanted

Not necessarily information about airstrips or airports, but more general info about a greater area or a route of flight.

Hey Pops, you and your cute bride are always more than welcome to stay at my place as long as you want! And it's only about 7 miles to Joe and Red's house. And that Red Neck's house, too. :P

Stan Potts has a cabin for sale at Colson Creek on the Main Salmon. Colson is a couple miles upriver from where the Middle Fork enters the Main. It is remote, but the river road comes by. Some of the best steelhead fishing in Idaho out your front door.

I have three 1 acre lots with easements to the airstrip. Might sell one? They border the south side of the strip.

They still use that strip? Last time I saw it looked like it was in really rough shape and was getting encroached on by buildings and such.

Bumper, are you still looking? I just ran across the cheapest deal out there for an Idaho cabin with use of an airstrip. This appears to be located on the east side of the north end of the USFS Dixie airstrip.

If you buy it, I get to use it! :D

Last summer/fall there were, I think, 3 for sale facing the strip at the Dixie Town Strip. Not really remote though, but there is a good restaurant there.

After looking at the pictures again on dixieidaho.blogspot.com, I think it's on the Dixie Town airstrip, not on the Dixie USFS strip.

KB
I think you're right as far as the pictures go, Dixie Town, but the description, says "between Crooked Creek and the strip" I think that it is Crooked Creek that runs between the strip and town, under the bridge, so I can't really place the location unless there's a misprint.
