Bush wheels are probably not an option.

If it was April 1st... while reading their web site, it would have made more sense to me.
But being early May... I say bullshit.
The maintenance cost savings percentages.... the specs. etc. Are pulled right out of somebodies (bleep)
I don't think the whole thing is more than a bunch of sci fi drawings in some hangar office.
Just my observation. Would be glad to be dead wrong... and see them quietly flying all over my neighborhood.
Don't think that will happen in my lifetime. And if it rolls off the production line somewhere... they will sell about as many as Adam did.... jet or piston!
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

It doesn't pass the BS test, or the sliderule test. they claim 300 miles on a charge of batteries, then start the 1.5 liter engine and go another 400 miles before landing, how much horsepower can ANYONE get from a 1.5 liter (90 cubic inch) engine? I'll believe it when I see one flying, but i'm not holding my breath untill then.

If you can afford to have a half million dollar toy, you can afford the gas.

I don't think we'll be hearing from these folks either. It's just interesting to see what enthusiasm, a good computer illustrator, and a few words in print can do.

Adam was just the tip of the iceberg...to hear their engineers talk about the cockamamy BS they pulled out of their **** to make something shaped like a plane is really a warning. The only reason Adam's clients are upset about the bad ol' FAA grounding them is that the planes weren't allowed to accumulate enough airtime to generate a series of in-flight system failures; at that point, they'd have a lot more to complain about. That's coming from the folks who *designed* the darned things.

It would be neat to see light sport electric planes, though.

330 kw for take off. thats 440 hp. Big electric motor and a shit load of laptop batteries. I havent seen such a motor yet for an EV. Sounds more like BS. Moving the winglets in and making them more like rudders will make it go faster than a standard velocity but not more efficient.
