2012 BCP fly-in shirts...update: not this year

Postby Zzz » Fri Apr 13, 2012 5:08 pm

Update June 4:

There will be no shirts available at the fly-in. Sorry.

The truth is that I'm tired of dealing with the shirts for a while. I've spent the entire last year peddling these things, and while it's great, and I really enjoy seeing everyone wear theirs to cool places, I need a break.

If I attend the fly-in this year, I'd like to spend it relaxing and visiting with friends instead of dragging that damned box of shirts around. :)

I would buy one even if I don't make it, but I'm planning on being there.

As of right now I don't plan to be there, but I want an XL shirt any way, long sleeve if you do those.

I'll take an xl short sleeve and an xl long sleeve. I would love to pick 'em up on location, but not sure it will happen.

You know me Z-man. I'll buy some. I won't even make it there this year.

And BTW...... Your shirts are a big hit about everywhere I go. People of all ages and walks of life ask about the website and backcountry flying. I'm sure other members get the same remarks??

I try to be a good ambassador for BCP. I tell them that there's endless information, pictures, videos and other aviation links to be had here. Hopefully most of them have checked this site out and enjoyed it.

I'll buy another of last years if you've got some. I bought a medium and it makes me look fat. I need a large or two. What's that website again? Never mind. It's done.

Zane, you could do like we did. Deb drew a red line through our 2010, and then under that wrote in
"20 eleven."

It looked better then it sounds.

Zane,

I am in for a couple of LS plus a hat like the tan ones you did last year if you decide to do them.
