Tecnam tailwheel model

Saw this a while back, forgot to post about it. For the love of all things, why put a swept tail on it? #-o Looks like it's a 1000hp machine, but as usual, suffers from the ridiculous LSA price point.

Looks really cute to me..... but I'm awfully weird.

Tecnam markets a P2002 as a trainer and is getting quite the reputation as a pilot killer. Sporty, tapered, laminar flow wing and inexperienced pilots is not a good combination. Apparently it likes to snap into a spin and doesn't recover very quickly. I heard quite an interesting lecture, by an FAA official focusing on this particular model, at a safety seminar I attended last month...


I hope this is a better design.
