Learning to fly the backcounty

Postby kinneyt » Wed Jul 25, 2012 3:39 pm

I am new to the forum. I am looking for someone to show me the "ropes" and be a sort of mentor with getting to know more about the backcountry flying experiance.
I am hoping to be a certified PP in the next two months, I only have about ten hours left of lessons.

I am from SE MN and would like to get up some more in that area other than the lesson flying i have been doing. Also about once a month I am in Fairbanks, AK for work. If anyone in the Fairbanks is looking to have some finacial assistance with paying for fuel and want a passanger to tag alone and learn please feel free to send me a PM and I will more than likely be there when you are available. I am usally in AK the third week of the month.
